4) Governance (DAO)
WonderChain adopts a decentralized governance structure (DAO, Decentralized Autonomous Organization), aiming to create a participatory ecosystem where users directly influence the operation and direction of the ecosystem. Moving away from a traditional centralized model, this structure enables community members to actively engage in decision-making processes and be rewarded for their contributions, fostering a sustainable and fair Web3 ecosystem.
(1) Concept and Operation of Decentralized Governance
WonderChain applies the DAO model to determine key matters such as ecosystem policies, feature updates, and adjustments to the reward structure through user voting. It is designed so that anyone can become both a member and an operator of the ecosystem, enabling a user-centered and autonomous governance structure.
Participants in governance receive additional rewards, serving as a key incentive to encourage active contribution within the DAO ecosystem.
(2) User-Driven Decision-Making System
All major decisions within the ecosystem are made through voting by the community, primarily composed of utility token holders. Users can gain voting rights by locking up a certain amount of utility tokens and, in turn, exert real influence in areas such as product selection for the commerce service, adoption of new learning content, and prioritization of feature updates.
This system gives users a role beyond mere participation, realizing a community-driven ecosystem where users co-create and operate the network.
(3) Product Selection and User Evaluation in Commerce
In WonderChain’s commerce service, the listing and quality review of products are determined through DAO voting. Community members directly evaluate and approve products, ensuring that the marketplace is curated based on trust and enabling user-led quality control.
Additionally, users who provide reviews and product evaluations receive extra rewards, and highly rated products are promoted as recommended items within the service.
Through this, WonderChain ensures transparent and fair operations in the commerce domain, driven by the users themselves.
